VINCI Concessions

The French company is one of the four divisions of the VINCI group (Concessions, Energy, Roads, Construction). VINCI Concessions is a prominent European concessions operator, financing, designing, building and operating traffic infrastructure and public amenities developments within the public-private partnership (PPP) projects. The subject of concession is not just road infrastructure, but also parking places, airports or rail network. The company employs its know-how within the so-called integrated model concessionaire – constructor. This model application and vast experience with PPP and concessions makes Vinci Concessions a significant partner to public institutions not only in France, but also in Germany, Great Britain, Russian Federation, Canada, Jamaica, Quatar.

Meridiam Infrastructure

Meridiam was founded in 2005 by Thierry Déau, with the belief that the alignment of interests between the public and private sector can provide critical solutions to the collective needs of communities. Meridiam is an independent investment firm specializing in the development, financing, and management of long-term and sustainable public infrastructure projects. With offices in, New York, Paris, Toronto, Luxembourg, Istanbul, Vienna, Addis Ababa and Dakar, Meridiam currently manages 6.2 billion Euros of assets, and more than 60 projects under development, construction, or in operation to date.
